Oracle 9.2. on AIX 5L

I am trying to install Oracle 9.2 on AIX 5L without Clusters. when I run rootpre.sh it says that a Group services susbsystem should be running. when I ingnore the message, I run Installation , it says " unable to set up Inventory" , ccan I Install Oracle on a Machine without HACMP , if so how? -- Message posted via http://www.dbmonster.com

Maybe your problem is that you're using the informix installer...
