New Era field titles getting lost

Has anyone come across the New Era problem (2.20) where superfield titles don't display when the window first opens up? If you minimise the window and then bring it up again then the superfield titles are displayed. The very same program behaves differently on different PCs. Some display the titles, others don't. It must be a PC setup/resource problem but I don't know how to cure it. Any ideas? Shaun Campbell
