Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

This can happen when DR mode is changed.
This fact is documented in documentation update notes starting
with 7.11 ($INFORMIXDIR/release/ONLINEDOC_7.1) as follows:
Effect of DR mode change on prepared statements and open cursors.
Whenever Online server switches DR mode from one type to another, it marks
all data dictionary entries in shared memory as modified and dirty for
consistency reasons. This may result in -710 for prepared statements or
opened cursors that were prepared/opened before mode change. Application will
have to prepare statement again or open cursor again in that case.
I think with 7.20 onwards it is part of Online admin guide.
