As well as the previously mentioned:
SELECT * FROM SomeWhere INTO TEMP TempTable WITH NO LOG;
You can also do an explicit:
CREATE TEMP TABLE TempTable
(
...
);
You can only use a subset of the constraints that can be applied to a
normal table -- specifically, you cannot name the constraints, and there
are probably some other things you can't do (like create foreign keys on
the temp table, because no other process could see the table to check the
FK constraint!).
