You enter some criteria and hit ESC (or just hit ESC). The popup window is then populated with what matches your query criteria. Thus, if you know your vendor begins with the letter 'A', you would enter "A*" and only the vendors beginning with 'A' would be in your popup window. DAS -- David A.
