Reading C-ISAM Files

I need to be able to read files written in a C-ISAM file format. If someone could please detail the file format, provide source code to do the job or point me to where I could get the infor- mation I would appreciate it. Please address responses to matthew@aryabhat.umsl.edu. Thank you.
