Hi, hmm. Actually all this stuff is teached in training courses, especially the courses "IBM Informix Database Administrator" and "IBM Informix Database System Administrator". Also, there may be course offerings from partners. Please check if you can somehow attend such training courses in your area/region. At least I would recommend this as a starting point. An alternative could be "e-learning" courses. Please check out http://www.ibm.com/software/data/education/selfstudy.html (look for links named "Informix" on this and related web pages).
