Migrating from SE to ONLINE

I'm migrating from SE to ONLINE. I work with NETTYPE ipcshm, and I have a problem: Sometimes the users can't access to the Database, and the server writes into the log file: Error -27001 Read Error during conection attempt. The only way to solve temporaly the problem is doing Shutdown and Starting-up ONLINE. Any idea? Thanks in advance...
