Have you run SET EXPLAINs and tuned your SQL? Are you using PDQ? There are a hundred more questions that can be asked, so you really need to provide information that better describes your application and environment... How many processors on the machine? Are you using KAIO? Raw devices or cooked files? RAID? Without knowing more details, you look short on RAM...how much of that 128MB is IDS getting, and what part of that is virtual vs. resident?
