You need to have a powerfull PC (Pentium 200 mhz) and lots of memory to run the delopment smoothly. I recommend Windows NT 4.0 (not win95) as platform - remember to reinstall windows NT service packs after installing NE (otherwise will the window painter fail to connect to dabase). It is possibly to speed up compilation time by changing various compile options.
