Well, do you want to *waste* $1000.00 to take all the tests? How long have you been using Informix? How good are your *other* skills? For some it makes sense. For others, it is just a waste of money and time. IMHO, since I tend to focus on the application side, the tests don't do a hill of beans. Can I set up and tune an engine? Yup. Am I a DBA? No, I just play one on TV. (The tests don't really deal with DBA issues outside of knowing about the engine, or so I have heard...)
