Hi Liliana, I'm trying to do what you have done already, connect oracle 7.x on a VMS box to windows. I have not worked with Oracle before and have already discovered that I need SQL Net, Can you help? Can you tell me where to get it and how to install it? Thanks BTW I'm also working on connecting NT to Informix so I'll answer any questions I can for you. Informix-CLI should have come with your informix software. Watch out to use only lower case usernames and passwords in both windows and Informix and they should be the same in both systems. Additionally run a utility called regcopy and make sure c:\\informix and C:\\informix\\bin are in your SYSTEM path. That last sentence took us 26 hours on site to find - just this week!!!!!!!
