Folks,
What might be the possibilities that will generate "RUN,BLOCK " in
the State column of the output?
We have significant ER data replication slowness issue...

onstat -g nif

Usually that would mean that you have a very large transaction that the=
target is trying to apply, and because it is a large transaction it's
blocked the network from sending anything until that one transaction is=
applied.

Our transaction is not very big. Is Heavy network traffic( or slow,
unreliable,congested ....) able to create this type of issue?
