Transaction Id/ Connection Id

Hello, With Informix Ver7.xx It is possible to have multiple connections/sessions to the Informix online server in the same process. Within each such connection to the database we can have a transaction, Thus we can have more than one transaction within a DB server. For each session/connection to the database we have a connection/session id which we issue in the connect command SET CONNECTION DB@SERVER AS connection_name. Now this is a user level connection/session name. Is is possible to get the Informix based session/connection Id which it maintains internally for the session in whose context my application is at any particular instance. I want some access method by means of which I can get this for ESQL/C based application. Regards Deepak Pant SISL Bangalore India
