FW: Strange setup (Connect possible despite "shared memory not initialized")?
Are you running more than one instance on the machine - if so, SERVERNUM
could also be the problem, make sure they are unique.

How is this possible? What setup is required to recieve the result
below? Look at the end of this message for a printout of "env".
