Informix guru needed

Our company is up for a decent sized job involving a Visual Basic front end to various server databases. One of the main ones is Informix. Although we have a good Oracle programmer on staff, our Informix expertise is practically nil. So we are looking for an Informix guru to help out. The person would help us analyze the existing code and make recommendations for future direction, then would be on a sort of "standby mode" waiting for us to run into problems. Given our limited knowledge of the system, that would probably be pretty quick. <g> Since we would only need the person for jumping in and helping out when we can't figure it out ourselves, on-site presence is not required. All I need is someone who has the free time to jump in and help without requiring a certain number of hours per week, since that would fluctuate. I would need a resume that could be used to show the customer that we have found the expertise he requires of us, and a code sample that demonstrates your knowledge. (This sample would be evaluated by an uninterested third party.) If this is something you can help out with, or you know someone who could help out, please contact me. As I'm mostly a CIS geek and not too familiar with the news readers, I'd appreciate it if you could email me directly. Let me know your rates and availability. Thanx one and all.
