error dropping database

Hello, recently I get often the following error message: > Program stopped at "rmtext2db.4gl", line number 7. > SQL statement error number -214. > Cannot remove file for table (syscolumns). > SYSTEM error number -106. > ISAM error: non-exclusive access. after restarting informix the problem disappears. Is this a bug in informix or is there probably something missing in the environment or informix installation ? We have Informix Online 5.0 under AIX 3.2.
