garbage text in SHMNOACCESS parameter

While doing some changes to the onconfig file I noticed that the
SHMNOACCESS parameter is set to what seems to be garbage text:
RESIDENT 1
SHMBASE 0x44000000
SHMVIRTSIZE 1000000
SHMADD 524000
EXTSHMADD 8192
SHMTOTAL 0
SHMVIRT_ALLOCSEG 0.000000
SHMNOACCESS ^\\û·¿<96>ü·¿Øú·¿^V"^T^H^\\þ·¿ ú·¿
The server seems to be operating normally and I see no errors or
warnings related to that parameter.
Any idea how that got there?
Docs say it should be hexadecimal values/rages.

Just a guess. What's the hex value for that string?
