This is neat and all, but is it actually 3 tier?
Looks pretty much like a two tier system where application logic runs on the
"presentation" server and the DB runs on the "DB" server.
Usually there's an expectation that in a 3 tier system the application logic
(or at least *some* logic) runs at a separate level.
