I run this for SCO OpenServer 5 and got: -5 I/O Error. An operating system error code with the meaning shown was unexpectedly returned to the database server. Look for operating system error messages that may give more information. In particular, try to determine what device produced the error, and whether it held the database or some other kind of file. So, not particularly useful then. At a stab, I'd say your tape was buggered...
