Config I/Net for DNS

We are in the process of implementing Domain Named Services (DNS) into our environment. Our current configuration allows client workstations to resolve hosts addresses via \\windows\\hosts. An example of our configuration is, ; >>> Informix.ini <<< ; Informix I/Net Parameters ; for use with TCP/IP communications. ; [INET_CONNECTION] host=radar user=informix protocol=tcp-ip Service=informix [INET_PROTOCOL] tcp-ip=INETWSOK.DLL [ENVIRONMENT] informixdir=C:\\INFORMIX ; >>> \\windows\\hosts <<< N.X.X.X radar How would we configure the clients workstation to use DNS?
