IIUG - Charter and Bylaws approved by IIUG members

The International Informix Users Group (IIUG) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that their proposed Charter and Bylaw document was accepted and ratified by the IIUG membership during a formal comment and ratification process that closed last week. The document represents the combined efforts and suggestions made by IIUG members from around the world. The Charter and Bylaws will now be used to guide the IIUG as it seeks to provide services to the Informix user community. The IIUG Board of Directors would like to thank everyone who participated to make the Charter and Bylaws better.
