Is it possible to see from the system tables when a table extent was added ? I have a couple of tables with large extents, and want to be able to see when the extents were added to them. A history of when an extent was added to the table helps immensely in capacity planning and the rate of growth of a table. However it seems Informix does not maintain any history of extent allocation of a table. So the only recourse I have is to take an automated table extent snapshot every week and then manually compare the result to check when an extent got allocated. Needless to say the result is only an approximation to the nearest week.
