Hi All, I am new to Informix.. I am currently using Informix 4.1 in SunOS. My Client Programs are running in MS-DOS Ver. 6.2 accessing Informix. I am converting my converting my server to Solaris 2.6 and Informix latest version 7.2. Can the same Client Programs will work or do I have to change my client programs. Please tell me (1) if Informix 7.2 is the latest or still newer versions are available (2) if Informix 7.2 supports MS-DOS Clients (3) Informix C/ESQL Ver. 4.1 is upward compatible to Ver. 7.2 Thanks in Advance for the help. They should still work but you will have to upgrade the iConnect software. Art S. Kagel "PL.
