GLS
I would like to change the collation order so that there is no
difference between capitals and non-capitals. I would like to be able
to ask SQL questions like:
select name
from t
where name matches "a*"
and get all names starting with a or A.
Does anyone know how this can be done, or where I can get some
information about how to do it?
