ONBAR tape setup

Hi Our new linux server has two tape drives. One is used for OS backup using amanda and the other one is to used for informix backup. We have IDS 9.4 installed and onbar configured to backup logs to disk and level 0 to tape. We are having issues with the available disk space to use for logs so I want to move the logs backup to tape. So.. can I backup logs to the tape during the day and then at night do a level 0 to the same tape ? thanks
