Special benefits for user groups at IWUC95

In case you haven't heard, there will be a number of events and other features at the Informix User Conference in July designed specifically to benefit members of local and regional Informix User Groups. Primary among the offerings are registration fees for user group members with discounts of nearly 50% off of normal conference pricing. There is no official deadline on this offer prior to the start of the conference. However, you must submit an authorization form stating your group affiliation, which will be verified. So, there may be some operational cut-off date after which Informix will not be able to accept this type of registration. If you're interested in taking advantage of this offer, I suggest that you not delay. Other items of interest to user group members at the Conference will include: o A special track session highlighting Informix User Groups. o A BOF session to discuss the continued growth of the User Group community. o A private reception for User Group Members. o An Informix User Group booth in the Exhibit Hall to provide information about resources available globally and local to your area. For more information on these special offers for user group members, contact your user group representative, or Christine Flores at 415/926-6452 or by e-mail at "cflores@informix.com". You can get general information about the conference by calling 800/926-EXPO, or by linking to the World Wide Web URL "http://www.informix.com/";. Walt. PS: Another bit of late-breaking news is that AT&T will be sponsoring a direct connection to the Internet with e-mail at the conference. -- Walt Hultgren Internet: walt@rmy.emory.edu (IP 128.140.8.1) Emory University UUCP: {...,gatech,rutgers,uunet}!emory!rmy!walt 954 Gatewood Road, NE BITNET: walt@EMORY Atlanta, GA 30329 USA Voice: +1 404 727 0648
