Finishing Report without printing

To all printers, how I cancel a report I have started with START REPORT ..., OUTPUT TO REPORT ... without printing. FINISH REPORT always closes the pipe. Without FINISH REPORT the pipe will be closed by the system, if the PPID is finished. How can the user decide, whether he prints or not?
