IDS on IBM zSeries and Linux

We were having discussions about Linux on the mainframe, so I dropped by the supported OS page on IBM. It looks like only IDS10.00FC1 is on the zseries, why no fc[2-6]? And how does well does it run? I just keep thinking how nice it would be to upgrade some of the local mainframe only shops, slam Linux and IDS on their systems and make more Informix jobs. ;) To boldly go where few have gone before....lol Thanks, Sam
