key stroke in 4gl

Hi: I am very new in Informix 4GL, so I need help. The key strokes, such as F1, F2... keys in our GUI are working properly. However, when we installed it in other systems, it can not work. Should I look into the termcap settings in the informix 4gl, and how? Thanks! Chengteh
