Connecting to websites

Friends, I'm using newera (v 2.12) for our database application development. I'm trying to open netscape navigator browser and go to a particular website. I could open the browser with the statement RUN "c:\\\\progra~1\\\\netscape\\\\navigator\\\\program\\\\netscape.exe" which works fine. But when i try to go to a particular website by passing the value to a variable,it is not working RUN "c:\\\\progra~1\\\\netscape\\\\navigator\\\\program\\\\netscape.exe "||Sel where 'Sel' is the variable and it will contain value like "www.toyota.com/rav4/performance/index.html" I'm getting the value to the variable 'sel' by selecting a supertable row(selectRow) which has a field with websites listing. What am i missing here? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
