What you must do is find a trigger in the generated code and use that trigger to insert your 4GL code to do that update. By using a trigger, the next time you regenerate the code, your trigger will be added automagically. If you can't find an appropriate trigger, you'll have to use the "featurizer" and do pretty much the same thing.
