Problems with Solaris 2.6 and Netscape Enterprise 3.01 Pro (Informix)

Hello group,
I am having a problem setting up Netscape Enterprise Pro 3.01 (with
Livewire Pro) on Solaris 2.6 (Ultra 2 300Mhz with 256 Megs RAM).
Heres the scoop:
The Netscape Enterprise Server installs fine and appears to be
working. However, when I go to install Informix7.2 (Livewire Pro CD),
here are the error messages I get:
BEGIN PASTE (Livewire install)
Configuration Complete ....
Bringing up the Engine .....
This will take some time .....
oninit: Cannot open chunk '/export/home/informix/dbspace/rootdbs'.
errno = 4
oninit: Fatal error in shared memory initialization
Checking the engine ....
This will take some time .....
shared memory not initialized for INFORMIXSERVER 'ifmx_online'
Installation was not successful. Please check /tmp/install.log
#
END PASTE
I checked the release notes and added the following to my /etc/system
file. I also added 'set enable_sm_wa=1' but had to remove it because
the kernel said it was not a kernel variable. I've verified that the
changes took place by doing a sysdef -i. I also tried adding the 'set
maxusers=200' variable, this also did not help. If I don't set these
variables, I get a different error message. Have these variables
changed in the latest release? Are they wrong? Any suggestions would
be GREATLY appreciated...
