CREATE DATABASE permission

AIX 5.2 IDS 9.40.FC1 Hi, How do i revoke "create database" permisson from an informix user? The users have some permissions on some databases and tables but i want to prevent them from creating new database. I could not find any information about this. Thanks for your help.
