Informix pricing

Hello. Has anyone encountered the problem with the Informix sales on the new pricing for Informix products? Do you usually receive at least sixty days notice on any changes before it takes effect? I thought this is standard practice. I am having some problem with the local sales that new pricing takes effect right away! Help! How do you deal with them?
