Okay, I realize now that I didn't make myself clear. We are currently using 5.03 informix in both 9.04 and 10.10 HP environments. We have been planning to upgrade to 7.14, but I'm wondering why we aren't going to 7.22. Is there a limitation to 7.22 that won't work for us, but 7.14 would? We are seriously considering moving to 7.22 (or 7.24) for the data replication that works in a master-master mode. Two machines that are kept identical by the engine. The advantage over 7.14 is that you may do writes to either machine. On 7.14, you can write to only the master, the slave is read-only.
