crashed online

Hi, we are DOA. Usually running online RSAM Version 5.03.UC1, we crashed a few days ago and have never been able to re-initialize the shared memory. We are planning on upgrading, but don't wish to do so until we can get our old version up and running. Of course, the utilities are useless to me without the shmem being intialized.
