Secondly, our current programmer works remotely from another state, so when I posted the orginal message location was not an issue. However, I have recently talked with the owner of the company and he has decided that he would prefer to hire someone local to the Southern San Francisco Bay Area (CA, USA). I apologize to all of you who responded who are not local to our area, but this change has only just now come to my attention.
