V7.3 IS bigger than 7.23 but it should be all shared code space the
unshared data areas should not be much bigger. Have you checked for
additional Virtual Memory segments (onstat -g seg) since having more
than four shared memory segments on HPUX is performance death this may
be your culprit. If so increase the initial virtual segment size to
accommodate any additional segments that are normally being created and
restart the engine.
