Sure.

Each LRU is actually a pair of queues, one clean buffer (or free) queue
and one dirty buffer (or modified) queue. The two lines above report
on the first queue pair. Here 77.8% (or 98) of the 126 buffers in this
LRU are unmodified since loading or are completely unused and 22.2% (or
28 buffers) are dirty and need to be flushed.

This line, above, reports the totals. You have 1000 buffers configured
and 239 are dirty.

This line reports configuration you have LRU_MAXDIRTY = 60 and
LRU_MINDIRTY = 50 which means begin cleaning any single queue that
becomes 60% (or 75 buffers) dirty and flush it until it is only 50%
dirty.
