Hi, Since you did not say which version and what Informix product its hard to give details but here are a few possibilities. Informix SE - all versions have audits that can be started and stoped. See the create audit command in the SQL manual. I did an articule on coverting these to human-readable format that is available on our user group web page (http://www.access.digex/~waiug). With Informix Online versions 7+ you need to see the Trusted Facility Manual for information on audit trails. This is also available with Online/Secure 5.0. but most people don't have the Secure version of 5.0. These should be able to handle all of your requirements. If you have Online 5.X, this may be a good reason to upgrade. Regards - Lester > M.
