Retraction (was Salesman)

In article c94rvo.1KI@salmon.demon.co.uk I set forth *my* opinions about Informix's services and they appeared to the 'Net to be those of my employers. I should like to point out that this E-mail address, whilst run on one of Bartec's computers (and used for E-mail feeds from one of our hardware system suppliers) is paid for by me personally. It has been pointed out to me that it is not the purpose of c.d.i or the 'Net in general that it be used for problems or perceived problems between a supplier and and employee of a customer where more suitable communications channels exist. Even if these opinions are sincerely held or not, the 'Net is not the appropriate forum in which to express them. Whilst this message will still appear with Bartec's name on the header, I should like to make it clear that the opinions expressed in the message to which this refers are and were entirely my own and apologise to Informix and the individual concerned for any inconvenience this has caused. Especially as it is now clear that the individual concerned was understandably not able to help me further at the time.
