KAIO vs AIO 2CPU Itanium/HPUX

I have been doing some dbimports using 9.40FC5 in the above environment. I am finding little performance difference between the 2 sets of tests - 10 mins in a 5.5 hour load test. The database has two dbspaces. One for data the other for indexes. In the past I have noticed descent improvements with KIO vs AIO in imports. This is the first time I have performed comparative tests with 9.4. Has anyone else had similar results with 9.4? sending to informix-list
