I don't know what they were doing, but that syntax works fine on the Sun,
SCO and DOS machines that I have access too. Perhaps they specified
multiple table names? As dbschema works, if they typed in
dbschema -d dbname -t tab1 tab2 > filename
what would be recorded in filename would be the dbschema banner. A file
called 'tab2' would be created with the sql syntax for tab1.
What would have been correct would be the following:
dbschema -d dbname -t tab1 filename1
dbschema -d dbname -t tab2 filename2
cat filename2 >> filename1
As it stands, the table specification is either one or all, not multiple
table names.
