I have not done this combination... Your unix server needs to be a trusted host of the W2K server - you can put the unix host in the hosts.equiv file in (I think) %WINDIR%\\system32\\drivers\\etc. You may need to try different combinations of / or \\ in the file name. If you have samba (or equivalent) on your unix server you can try the full UNC name or mount the W2K share as a filesystem.
