It is not possible to access both SE and OnLine from the same application
using standard Informix code. As far as I am aware, there isn't a
non-standard way of doing it either, though it is probably possible given
enough insider information.
There are also restrictions on the types of database you can access using
I-STAR. For example, both OnLine systems must be using the same logging
mode, so if one system uses MODE ANSI (perish the thought), the other must
also be a MODE ANSI database.

There is not, and will not be, any way of achieving this.
