When you establish two connections using the same account from two different clients, it counts as two users. If you do this 100 times, you have used up all the licenses on your 100-user license. Neither the engine nor the application actually enforce this limit by kicking you off the system, but you are still in violation of your 100-user license after you create 260 sessions.
