Re[2]: Deamon Threads

Hi.
Unfortunately, this is not the case. I have always seen this behaviour, and
my NUMAIOVPS is set to 8. I believe that since the secondary server went down,
the primary still tries to connect, and when you re-start replication by
bringing up secondary, it brings up a fresh new set of replication threads. An
informix engineer led me to believe that this was a known bug. the only way of
getting rid of that is to bring down the primary, but unfortunately, that means
a whole new level 0 backup and restore and then re-start HDR.

I have seen this behavior on Sun boxes when the NUMIOVP variable
(in the ONCONFIG file) is blank. Make sure that it is set to at
least one (1).
