Prompt for char in i4gl 7.20

Does anybody knows why this doesn't work: PROMPT "Do you want to continue: " FOR CHAR ans Reference manual clearly states that if you include char keyword program will accept a single character without requiring user to press the return key, but it doesn' happen - you need to press return. Hi, You have probably hit Bug# 103127, which says, PROMPT...FOR CHAR doesn't terminates on a single character input, it terminates only on Return. The ON KEY also doesn't work with PROMPT. With DEFERRED INTERRUPT the interrupt is remembered, but the PROMPT doesn't terminate. This has been fixed & is since u r facing the problem, it may not be available in 7.20.UD6 & u may need to upgrade to 7.20.UE1.
