Informix 3.30.14 Conversion

I have a client using UNIX Informix 3.30.14 on Altos UNIX, and we just "tar"ed it over to a SCO box running Rel 5. When I type dbmenu, I get "memory fault - core dumped". Will this version run on the new box? If not, what are my upgrade options? TIA -- e-mail: bstewart at msn dot com
